How does a Club Member Register for an event

When registering for Rainier Rambler outings, there are two types of registrations that need to be done:  “Park Reservation” and “Club Reservation.”

Park Reservations

These are the reservations that ensure you have a site reserved at the RV park for the outing.  How this is done is up to the RV park being visited.  RV parks have different requirements for how reservations are made for club outings – some RV parks ask that each individual contact them directly to make their reservation, other RV parks ask that the Wagon Master collect reservations (and, usually, first night fees) and make all the reservations with the park at one time.   Information about how to make your “park reservation” is included in the “Events” area of the website.  Click on the event to see instructions for that event.

Club Reservations

These are the reservations that provide attendee information to the Wagon Masters.  This information is critical for planning how much food to purchase and planning activities.  Club registration is always done the same way on our Rainier Rambler website, no matter how “park reservations” are done.   If you are unable to register on the website, please send an e-mail or call the wagon masters to let them know you will be attending.
